It isn't about making money fast and sharp, but more of interacting with a robust community.

I actually came in with the mind-set of turning my fortunes around and almost got frustrated but when I settled in, I discovered it as a warm place 'like home' where I could groom my talent -poetry , interact with great minds like you and earn a few coins in the process. This healthy perspective made me more relaxed and focused. Yes the new recruits should be anchored properly -Steemit is a community where you perform your optimal best and socialize with the world's best , but far from being a place of quick cash.
