Little Insect
Hello steemians, back again with me with @egner with a post about small insects that are interesting and beautiful for sure. for today's photo I will share some photos of types of insects that are green and like to disturb farmers' plants.
When it is called the word walang sangit, it is certain who knows this insect is saying (smell) and it is true that this insect emits a distinctive odor, that distinctive smell is emitted as a form of self-defense, if it feels threatened from predatory attacks. Walang sangit itself is a pest in rice cultivation and is almost found in all rice cultivation areas in Indonesia. Insects belonging to the hemiptera group also attack every season, both rainy and dry seasons. But some farmers are not too concerned about the presence of this pest because the impact of the damage is small farmers will be more afraid if they find leafhoppers stem borers especially rats on their farms.
