When the icy winds have stripped all the trees of their leaves we start to see what lies beneath. I just love this spooky tree full of birds nests.

    Winter paints Wales with a whole new palette.

    Only 2 weeks to the winter solstice and then the cycle begins again as the days begin to lengthen.
