Sincerely, I am not confused but find the same thing here. I mean the same thing that put the world in disorder. Unity and sincerity makes the best community either offline or online.

Supporting your view. As in people don't vote quality content naturally. And those who have the voting power that can earn we newbies some dollar, sell the vote instead of using it to encourage the newbies. As you said, teamwork is the best.
But on this view. Someone in this community said steemit is 90% business and 10% . social as a result, whaels have choice of what to do with their vote. It is their resources
