they don't soak them though .. washed and scraped right away in running water then in the washing machine
some even boil them to make sure they're ultra hygenic
and sometimes if they happen to live in some high rise you could smell the pee stink in the house if you happen to pay them a visit the very same day they're cooking them diapers
it's rash proof but it should really be clean
plus .. cheaper than the disposables

I know people used them and still do. I just cant take it. Not when we have a giant box of lovely cheap disposable ones sitting in my garage among my buckets and sticks! :O)
