Yes & it’s Really helped with my pregnancy also! Women’s teeth and gums become ultra sensitive during pregnancy , bleeding gums and women’s teeth cracking in half is a common story I have heard from the baby taking minerals they need from mama. Of course nothing can replace proper nutrition, but the charcoal + toothpaste recipe I created really has worked a lot ! ⭐️
