A Big Surprise before a Big Return

I've been living in this small town in the North West England for a few years already and I've had no idea that I still could have discovered "new lands" in here:)
During my long time (more than thirteen years) of living far from my mother country, in the industrial area of England, I've been yearning for a genuine wild nature, huge spaces of forests, smells of a real summer, evenings sounding with crickets' and frogs' music.
Certainly, the parks in the cities are delightful - all which I have seen so far but they are only the parks, far from being WILD...
After I moved into this little town four years ago the first thing I did was looking around, checking the google maps to find all available greenery but I didn't find much: a tiny bunch of trees, a small hill on my way to Lidl, a picturesque path along a river in the direct neighbourhood of an express way and of course, a beautiful park.
And now, just before my time to leave, in the distance of just ten minutes of walk I have found something unusual, something amazingly special, something my heart has been calling for so long...
Three purely real meadows (not knowing any lawn movers!:)), narrow paths among old trees, a silent stream and... I can experiance all of it with all my senses! I can dive into it totally:) I can run now through blooming meadows, loosing myself in their deep smells entirely...
How was it possible I did not know about this magic place earlier?

I don't know.
However, I can feel the Life now! I can remind myself what it means, I can remember... an intimacy.
Yes, to my even bigger surprise this great piece of land has been not so much appreciated by residents like the parks. I visit it nearly every day and sometimes I meet a couple of people walking down and very often I don't meet any single soul there. But, I've been so blessed to see twice a group of young foxes instead:) They used to bask in the afternoon sun and disappeared in the nearest bush immediately after detecting my presence.
Unfortunately, I was not able to take a photo of them so I am attaching only a few other ones I've taken.
A few rare photos of an incredible forgotten wild space between plenty of factories. And I'm leaving to your imagination to feel all the smells:):):)
