Bought another 1056 STEEM for my mom today. She's a solid dolphin now!
Yesterday she asked me to buy her STEEM and today I bought it.
She wired me the money and it arrived this morning.
If she keeps this up she'll be a force to be reckoned with soon. lol
While searching for another pic of me and her I realised I don't have one, next time she's in the Netherlands that needs to be fixed.
She is now number #2854 on the account value list.
This might not seem so high now but I believe in the future millions will use the Steem blockchain and in that light, it's a great place to be.
I have told her about the risks before because, in the end, this is crypto and anything can happen anytime.
She knows.
What helps is that she is an active blogger on here. (Then the price doesn't matter for your enjoyment of the platform.)
Her name is @clio.
She posts a story about every 2-4 days about her adventures in France or something interesting she found online or saw on tv.
Fun and interesting stuff to read. (Especially for me as her son.)
She never used social media before so it's nice to see her writing here on Steemit. It's so much more personal for some reason.
She truly believes in Steemit and that it will succeed. I think that's so cool.
Quickly looking over her comments section I notice that she's on here every day. (just like me, lol)
Pretty addicting this place.
So she made another investment today.
A good choice I believe.

Congratulations on your mom achieving Dolphinhood!! :) I think that's awesome and it makes me happy she found something she believes in and enjoys. It gives you both something you can share together.
Getting more pictures of you two together is something that definitely needs remedied. I was made aware several years ago that I was in the same boat with my mom and grandma. Needless to say we made sure to start getting pictures together and still do when we get together to this day.

It was an excellent idea to get your mum in the crypto world. I remember a while back when you bought her a bitcoin. The purchase of steem is a great process on her crypto journey. Wishing you and mum all the best, I just followed her too :)

Incredible story! Maybe one day I'll catch her, but I think that will be a long ways off. I've talked to a few people in my family and friends about crypto, but so far I'm the only believer. I'm sure that will change though in the next couple of years.
