Preparation:

In a saucepan melt the butter with the chocolate over medium heat. Remove the mixture from the fire and pass it to another container to lose heat.

- 3 eggs
- 375ml of sunflower oil
- 375ml buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
- 500 sugar
- Chocolate Fudge (to fill and bathe the cake)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C.
Grease three molds 22 centimeters in diameter, place butter paper in the bottom of each one, grease and flour.
In a bowl sift the flour together with the baking powder, salt and cocoa powder, set aside.
In another bowl mix the eggs together with the oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients in two batches and mix with enveloping movements.
Add the sugar and mix well until integrating.
Place the dough in the molds and bake for 25 minutes, until when you insert a tester, it comes out clean.
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes in the mold, then unmold on a rack and let them cool completely.
To bathe the cake, to mount one on another and to decorate to taste.
5.- White chocolate mousse.

Preparation:
