I think Ripple is simply a currency exchange that includes some cryptos. But I don't think it would replace the dollar because it is not tied to a government, which is important to measure it's value. It acts on existing fiat values instead.
It is linked to the group of people who can easily become tied to the government and it's easily controlled I will write about it another time
Exactly, it's linked to a group of people, not specifically a country, and that's a good enough reason to me. But that's just my opinion!
USA will need to make sure the digital currency. This is a good solution to get rid of debt. Maybe it's not Ripple. But why make new when you can just pick up a company with this coin? Or maybe they have long been USA? I think we will soon see.
