I am in SE Asia and you dish looks remarkably similar to what they serve here. They even use the same veggies. I wonder if it would taste the same. I think the curry spice would be different but I wonder how different. I don't think they do the limes and lemons, but I squeeze them on the top of everything anyway!
"It's a small world after all". The curry they have here in Japan where I'm currently based has the same veggies too. ( Carrots and potatoes) I wonder who started that trend? I rarely see Indian curry these days with those veggies. It would be good to experience a curry festival:)
