I have been struggling with my own life for a bit (it is a natural process by the way, as depression is the catalyst for a massive change in life). Latest research shows, that our gut is linked to our brain through a lymphobic system and that depression might start in our guts!
So I would try to put depressed people on a diet, where they get plenty of vitamins (especially Vitamin B and D), tons of minerals (through good salt, ormus, organic food) and I guess some exercise.
Our guts seem much more important than we think. the bacteria in it can make us happy or depressed, so mostly it isn't even our fault, we just feel down because our guts are out of balance.
Also, it helps to get back to nature, as it throws off the earth frequency (7.83Hz), which gett knocked out by all the surrounding electricity, radio waves ,wifi and electro amgnetic frequencies (EMF). We need the earth frequency in order to have deep sleep and regenerate. we are mostly sick because we are so far off our natural lifes.
