Well said, I admire your article and I admit I've also experienced and come to the point that I doubted my ability and those was the miserable days of my life! I am just lucky enough that I have a supportive friends that love me and keep nagging on me. lol! But now I've recovered and trusted myself and learned not to give up and be positive while running this race!
Thank you @fredanderson for sharing your experience. As I have achieved further success, year-round do at times reared its ugly head. But this time I am more prepared to deal with it.
