Apple+oatmeal+black currant = breakfast :)
This recipe from my wife. It turns out very tasty and useful. The recipe for an unusual oatmeal for breakfast, which was told to his wife from a neighbor. You can not take it to fast recipes (well, only if you do not get up 50 minutes before your family), but still it does not require much effort, and there are lots of variations!
The number of products indicated in the cups, 1 cup = 240 ml. First mix the dry ingredients: 1.5 cups of oat flakes, 0.5 cups of sugar + pinch of salt. To them we add liquid: 0,5 cups of milk, 1 egg loosened by a fork, 0,25 cups melted butter. And finally: 1 sliced apple + a handful of currant. All well mix, pour into the mold and bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
