HOW TO MAKE ALGERIAN BOUREKAS
hi my friends .
last night i visit my friend sam in NY and have good time
eatng new things i never try it before
his wife from algeria and she makes delicious food.
i asked here about how she learnd to cooke like that
she said in algeria you must learn how to coke when you kid .
so i want to share with you somthing i try it and its BOUREKAS..
THE INSTRUCTIONS
1 preheat over to 350 degrees F
prepare your preferred filling reserve mixture.
you can use meat,spinach,eggplant.
2 on a smooth clean lighttly floured surface,unfold one of your puff pasty sheets.
use a rolling pin to roll out the sheet to 10x10 inch to 12x12 inch square as you
like to be your bourekas.

3 put few of filling 1 tablespoon in the center .
4 now fold dough squares buy grasping one corner and folding it over to the
opposite corner to make triangles.
5 you can crimp the edges with the tines of a frok , if you like
6 do this untile you done with all your filling .
7 sparay your baking sheets with nostick cooking spray or line with parchment
paper.
8 use a small , whisk together the egg yolk and 2 tsp of cool water .
use a pastry brush to brushb a light layer of the egg wash onto the surface
of each boureka.
9 sprinkle the bourekas with seasame or poppy seeds.
10 bake the bourekas for about 30 minutes , switching the baking sheets
between the upper and lower racks halway through cooking.
11 serve warm.
