Everybody in this fast age seems overloaded with work, and we take time management as being busy and always busy. We think that we should go forward without taking rest and sometimes we find ourselves deprived of sleep to complete the work. Time management means to have the ability to use the time for every task or business in an efficient and productive way. We should be a time estimator. We should know about every work that how long it will take to complete?
Delegation and effective time management is the technique to conserve time
Time management means to manage ourselves. So this is very important for everyone to manage time or routine of the day. There are 24 hours in a day, and we can easily divide time for every work making a schedule or timetable. It is not impossible at all. We can efficiently manage and have control over our actions where and how much time we have to spend. We can't speed up the time, and we can't slow down time as well. But we can control ourselves not to waste time on useless activities and spend on useful activities.

Firstly we need to manage our priorities then others should be handled according to their importance. Always try to work on essential projects then there would be no conflict or confusion in your routine or life. Never postpone any work at all because it may create anxiety restless and laziness. If you will delay any work for one time, then it would be more difficult for you to manage it on the next day. And your routine would be poorly disturbed. Fix a deadline for every work then it becomes convenient to procrastinate starting. To do all these, you need to establish a suitable effective environment as well as health maintenance.
Procrastination is the worst enemy of time management
Procrastination becomes the reason for failure and disappointment because time is always moving on it never stops if you stop or postpone your works. Procrastination is the worst enemy of time management. So always try your best to eliminate this word. Don't take any risk of wasting time and keep on running beyond for the accomplishment of your goals. Some people are very good at time management, and Procrastination never has any place in their dictionary.
Time management is a part of lean management. We need productivity to every sector of our life. If we don think about our time wastage, we never change or improve our production in every sector.

Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. It is a juggling act of various demands of study, social life, employment, family, and personal interests and commitments with the finiteness of time. Using time effectively gives the person "choice" on spending/managing activities at their own time and expediency.
Time management is more important for the accomplishment of any work in a proper and productive way. Social life, business, family and other interests can be easily part of effective time management. I agree with you.
