I havent got time for a post, as I’m helping in the lab
We are so incredibly busy as a company. And normally I do the operational stuff and let the lab people do their thing. But when it’s nescsessary, even the boss needs to work with her hands.
I always wonder why people feel to good to do the same job as their employees, especially when it’s extremely busy and this is where extra capacity is needed. Value is added to the company if the products you create get to the market, so if that means getting dirty, that’s what it takes.
O well..... maybe I just also enjoy it sometimes.

If saving lives gives you happiness but on the other way its stressful. I think the stress is worth it.
