This is one of a kind of street lighting. I never seen it before. This is very beautiful and colorful but one thing I don't like is how the poles were placed at its side of the road where it pose danger to the driving public.But I admire the ingenuity though.
yes you are right. it violates the traffic rules. it should be posted some distance apart from the road and thereby the driving would be safe.
