Due to the lack of regular practice, my whole body is in pain for days after visiting a yoga class 😂 How long have you been practicing yoga? Nice shots and tattoos ;)

    hahah yoga seems harmless but the pain is real! Almost 2 years now :)

      Harmless it may not always be as I have heard about many back/spine injuries caused by yoga.
