Stop Comparing Your Success to Others

Have you ever experience scrolling your account in social media and saw one of your friend having a successful life. Vacation in a paradise-like resort, a big house, an expensive car and etc. And you dreamed to experience the success they are having now. How we wished our life would be successful as that.
Most people compare their success to others. Comparing their wealth of what the other have. Why do we say things like, "my friends are more happy than me?". Thinking that our life is not that great as other has. It doens't make any sense. We should see the success of others as something to celebrate and one of the biggest challenges is because we haven't learned to accept ourselves, love ourselves, embrace ourselves and feel truly confident in our own skin what we are doing. We find it really hard to see that in others. And you'll find that as soon as you start focusing on growing yourself, you won't have any time to criticize anyone else. Focusing on how to improve and grow ourselves makes us a better individual.
The more we realize to appreciate and recognize the potential in ourselves, we learn to recognize the potential in everyone. Don't worry about what anyone else is doing. Your life is about growing youself and investing in yourself and reaching your true potential. Your not in competition with anyone else and you know what the funny thing is?, no one is you and that's your super power. That what makes 'you' you, that whats makes you unique. That what it is about you, that will make a difference in the world. So do not lose sight of that.
Everyone of us has its own life. Making it to be successful needs a lot of determination to achieve the life we're dreaming of. We just need to accept the life given to us. Embrace the whole you that consist your whole character as individual. Life is not a race that you have compete with others. Just focus on what you are and what you have. Keep on growing and improving yourself without criticizing others. Be happy and contented of what was given by God.

That's good @gingbabida, through God we realized our flaws and correct them as well.
People who compete against others display a selfish, me-first attitude. You are right Jason, just focus on what you are and what you have.
Very well said @zhayie03, competing with others is a form selfishness. Don't get jealous of what others have. Accept what you have and enjoy your own life.
Yeah you're absolutely right @jasonabejero. Each one of is unique individual that's why we can cannot compared ourselves to anybody especially each one's success.
Indeed @cchua, we have our own path of what we want to become, so we don't need to compare the life that we have to anybody. Just be yourself , dont mind what the others have and just be satisfied of what was given to you.

Exactly @floridagypsy, to be contented of the things we have will set our life to happiness. We don't have to compare our achievement to others cause our Lord has plan whenever situation we are in. And for sure its for the best plan that He set for us.
