I just checked out your page and noticed that you are a fellow runner. I think the biggest thing is just getting motivated to go outside in this weather. I'm having a hard time with that at the moment. Today wind chills put us at -20. I'm hoping to get out there tomorrow... but it's so warm inside!!!!
