How to be Fearless?
Most people have fears about something. Do you want to get rid of them? If yes, then you came to the right place. In this post, I will separate two different kind of fears that exist in this world.
Let's see what are those two difference kinds of fear.
Physical Fear
This is a type of fear that is essential in everyone's life. For example: Imagine you are sitting in your house and an unknown man came and he has a gun in his hand and he pointed that gun on you. Now you are getting scared of being killed by that man. This type of fear is necessary because if you don't have it and you try to fight with that man, then he will immediately shoot you. So, for this kind of fear we need to do planning, learning. You need to have knowledge of what you are doing to get rid of all the physicals fears. In case of our example you should have watchman in your society or you should lock the doors from inside so that no one can come in your house without your permissions.
Some more examples of Physical Fears are: Loosing money you have saved in starting a business, Falling from a mountain, Getting killed by Voldemort(If he exist), Drowning in water while swimming etc.
Psychological Fear
Psychological Fear is what holds us back from getting success in our life. An example of this fear is: You are scared of what society will say about you if you do something unique(A big problem in India). For these kinds of fears you just need to let it go. Yes, just let it go. There is no need to get psychological fears. In case of our example if you believe in what you are doing what is the need to care about what this world will say about you. In psychological fear there is no need of planning or learning, you just need to understand the fear, you need to ask yourself "Why? why I am scared of this." And once you understand the fear, you will no longer be scared of it.
Other examples of Psychological Fears are: What if my loved ones will die, What if no one like me etc.
So the formula to be fearless is:
1. Decide whether it is physical of psychological.
2. If it is physical plan, learn, gain knowledge about what you are doing.
3. If it is psychological, understand the fear and let it go.
And always remember "There is no fear that can't be conquered".
