Activity goals

Do you set any activity goals?
I am thinking of trying to make at least 5K steps daily for at least 5 times a week
And continue my Tae Kwon Do from February
There are many time constraints that end in January, so it will probably be followed by a strange month
I will either be so tired that I will want to do nothing or I will be doing all the things I cannot do at the moment
