Yeah, people who decide to go the ICO/ITO route, really need to find themselves a ceo and a competent cfo first and foremost. A lot of the ICO's that I read about (even ones that have a "whitepaper") typically just consist of a couple Developers (or even script-kiddies). No real business people. Finding the right team is extremely difficult, no doubt about it.
