6 Useful and simple life hacks.

in #life8 years ago

Hi steemians! Searching in the internet I found a series of useful life hacks (and simple, nothing with drills or knives to thousand degrees) before starting with the post I want to clarify that i did'nt invented the life hacks , it's just a compilation of those in my opinion are the most useful (of which I saw) and neither do I own the images (I will leave the source at the bottom of the post). Also in cases that are not so obvious I will explain why it works (according to my research) Let's do it!

Cotton and a little vinegar to remove ink stains on leather.

If for some reason we get to stain our leather garments, wallets, shoes, jackets. It is not the end of the world, thanks to this ingenious trick we can clean the ink stains in case your son or little brother came up with the wonderful idea of drawing on these delicate clothes do not worry. Take some cotton, dip it in vinegar and rub until the stain will disappears.

¡Voilá, ha vuelto a la vida!

But why is this useful?

This is useful because our friend vinegar comes from a acetic fermentation from alcohol wine and apple. The main character here is the alcohol which removes the ink very easily and without much effort. So in a nutshell: it removes the ink with the vinegar thanks to it is composed of alcohol.

Why do not you use alcohol directly?
Depending on the amount of alcohol and the type of alcohol it can damage the bag as it is too strong.

Rolls of toilet paper to organize the cables.

When cables are left, bath paper is the solution, to avoid the loss of cables that may be useful in the future (and also generate an unnecessary expense in the future) we can save them in a practical and cheap way. If we add a very practical but reliable cardboard box we will have our cables safe and operative for a good time. Just be sure to mark the box well, as we pull it we will have lost the investment. Don't we need to explain the "science" of this truth?

A clothes hook to hold a nail

A classic, simple, practical, fast but very useful. Tired of slapping your finger trying to nail that naughty, slippery and naughty nail? Do you want a practical and simple solution that is at the disposal of everyone? Are you reading this as an infomercial ad? Look no further, a clothes hook and ready to sleep! I have tried it and the truth is quite practical and effective, but a tip do not use a wooden hook like the one in the photo, it may go away (like me) and we end up breaking it.

Place a stocking of Nylon on the tip of the vacuum cleaner.

No more lost screws, nuts, nails, earrings, gummies and any other pile of things that insist on running away from us. With this trick we will avoid those annoying unnecessary losses, very cheap practical and simple.

Make a half knot in the plugs

If we are doing a job with an electric tool and our wiring is not long enough to be sure that it will reach without letting go we can apply this "technique" quite useful and simple ensures that it stays connected and can do our work quietly.

Place a tape in the middle of the paint can

Do you want to avoid the unnecessary overflow of paint that we caused when removing excess brush? Well, try this technique, by placing a simple ribbon, an auger, a braid, whatever you want to call it in the middle of the boat (tied down obviously to be fixed), we can avoid sticking it from the edge and inevitably lowering it staining the floor.

Recommendation and opinion

These have been the ones that in my short research I found more useful, there are also others but I have chosen the most "simple" none involving a hot knife, some screws, a welding machine. Those that require the least amount of materials possible but with a lot of ingenuity and solutions. You can participate by commenting on Which of them did you find most useful? Do you have any of your own that you want to contribute?
