The older one should work on his fear. He is scared of failure. He has to understand that failure isn't the END. It's just the beginning of a brand new future for him.!!
Thank you for that wisdom! I agree that if he begins investing time, energy, money into a new sport, he will get to the same place despite his natural gifts.
