Can’t Memorize ?

You can improveyourself.
Here serious memory problems are not considered,like serious change in memory, personality ,behaviour ,which causes serious brain diseases.
Only some routine to be followed by people specially by students to enhance the power of memory that is the power of recalling the lession.

Here is some ways to practice
1.Remember the day : Make a habit of remembering the whole days programme that passed at night when you are going to bed closing your eyes.But not in details such as the conversation in details you made in the day with the people.If you do that then you can't recall the whole day but you will sleep.Only recall the incident in first practice days.

2.READ Loudly : When we hear a song it enters to our ear and we can easily memorize the song . Similarly if we read loudly the sound enters to our head and it works.Our memory can keep those lessions for long times.

3.Break: Take a break after reading long time.It is helpful.After reading long time concentration level become lower.To concentrate on reading BREAK is necessary.

4.Writing: Make a habit of writing what you read.Only reading not makes the memory to keep the lession for meny days .

5.Correlation:Try to make a correlation of your lession with the experience or with the known event.

6.Play and Music: It is not good to read all time.Play when you are free and listen to music.It relaxes your memory and fresh memory can take anything.

7.Measure : Find out the weak points and give extra time on that part.

8.Walk: After reading for sometimes go for a walk. It helps to refresh your mind and things can easily be understand.

9.Target : Fix your target of reading and complete it in the stipulated time.
