Free pizza with the purchase of a house! That's very clever!
Residents would take photos and spread it all round social media all the time, it was really smart on my end to know this would happen, TBH -- but it helped the clients, it was leveraged free marketing and I do love pizza and making people laugh!
It hit all the bases
