Always higher, always stronger, soft skills have become basic. Let's say firms need them regularly. It's good that workplaces and coffee machines share confidence, empathy, emotional intelligence, mental flexibility, creativity, etc.

HR marketing must continually create unique niches to “facilitate talent management”!

Here are the insane skills! Similar to soft skills, but not identical. Life experiences teach advanced, amazing, and surprising talents. Real life invites itself into the workplace.

It's simple: sell your secret loves, slightly eccentric practices, this year of break studying how to make cheese or apple juice, and these experiences you kept to yourself except for your best friends! With their "mad skills" qualifications, they attract recruiters who see plenty of resources and capabilities for certain roles.

Served a year in a monastery? Awesome! Your listening, calm, interiorization, introspection, and sobriety will make you a dissonant team member, which is good! Have you travelled the world backpacking? Alone or with friends? Great too! Will, sharing, observation, adaptability, endurance, discoveries—great!

Have you hiked the Himalayas or danced with wolves? Perfect! Does your weekend involve slacklining or geeking out? You a kaplas pro or change boxes every 6 months? You're no longer “weird”, “unstable”, or “unmanageable”—recruitors want your unique characteristics!

What do mad skills bring to business?
In unpredictable times, businesses rely on agility, transformation, and digitalization. These questions use disruptive components as accelerators.

Mad skills compete with professional experience and valedictorians. These personnel revitalise the organisation with their unusual abilities, creative thinking, and protests.

The firm would seek subversive forces to join its white bosom? Offbeat and minority profiles challenge traditional institutions and ideas.

This contrast in teams stimulates creativity and innovation. Adapt or die has been our primitive need since the beginning. The tightrope walkers guarantee new ideas for the globe!

Will the importance of this issue be considered until the end?
