TORTA DE PLATANOS
Las bondades de un fruto del cual podemos disfrutar durante todo el año en diferentes preparaciones, es por ello Steemians que les traigo esta deliciosa receta.
INGREDIENTES:
- 4 Plátanos maduros.
- 4 Huevos.
- 2 Tazas de queso blanco rallado.
- 1 Cucharadita de sal.
- 2 Cucharaditas de polvo de hornear.
- 1 Taza de azúcar.
- 3 Cucharadas de mantequillas.
- 1 Taza de pan rallado.
PREPARACIÓN:
Los plátanos se trituran muy bien. Se les agregan los huevos batidos, el queso rallado, el azúcar, el pan rallado, sal, polvo de hornear y mantequilla derretida. Se une todo muy bien y se vacía en el molde engrasado y enharinado.
Hornear a 350°C por 45min.
