Firstly, I believe that a man and a woman are not equal. Not because someone is better, but someone is worse. Not because someone is stronger, but someone is weaker. No. Just a man and a woman are different.

I totally agree. I am of course fine with equality in terms of 'equal work means equal salary' or things like that. But we should not fight for equality at all levels. There are genuine difference between men and women and we should accept that.
