Haha he will be drunk, it just might sober him up :)

Make him wonder where he is, did he really live here? with that? and oonother one just over there, nah, back to the pub for another beer.

He didn't go, decided he didn't want to be involved as the lads were talking about taking stuff whist they were there..

You are going to have to find him an interest that takes him out of the lounge so you cxan do your "girlie" oevenings and he can stay home doing ?????
What is your neighbour like? could she help? it might give him an interest in something again.

My neighbour is moving, he needs to find a bar job and give me a break Haha :)

Just as well he is approaching that age where a good ale is better than a good neighbour, being barman can be hard on your back throwing the kegs around though, if he hurts his back he cant move your pots where you want them in the garden

He is at that age where he is enjoying a glass or 2 of good whisky, he now wants hos own whisky shelf with a few different kinds :)

Good on him, a few single malts' wont hurt, and he has earned them. It keeps the Northerners pockets with a little jingle in them as well.
At least it is better than fish, and you could grow accustomed to his ways.
