who do you blame?

i have always thought about this and i find it difficult to answer, as most of us know whenever anything goes wrong we human beings always find someone or something to blame and when we push hard enough ,there is always an innocent or a guilty one that will eventually take the fall .
Sometimes i imagine if i was born into a rich family, what would have become of me or if i have this talent or that gift what would i have become . we don't have that privilege to choose the family or country to which we were born so who do you blame for been born into a poor family? or do you blame for been born with a disability that is not your fault? or into a third world country filled with dictators? while others were born into civilized world with every opportunity at their feet. WHOSE FAULT IS IT?
