2 months ago I started with fitness 2 days / week. I must say that it indeed feels very good. It has a positive impact on how I feel. After work and dinner I always felt very tired. I have an office job, mostly sit the whole day. So there is definitely a lack of day-to-day exercise. Going to fitness, even when I feel Tired, gives me a very energetic feeling afterwards. Also helps with a better sleep at night. I hope I can hold on to this habit for a very long time :)
