Building the house itself may not be difficult. However, it is difficult to build a house with a yard in the city. Due to such expensive land prices in Korea, we may have to leave the place where we have lived. Then we may stop building the yard.

Why people live in the world
There are many reasons why my wife and I left the city apartment. 'I went a long way to find myself.' For many reasons, I leave this way. Interlayer noise was not the cause. And I did not leave because I did not like the apartment. I left to find what I had dreamed of since childhood. And I started to find out why my wife and I were living in the capital city of Korea. I collected 50 years of historical data about 10 million people living in Korea's metropolitan area. Then I got a clear answer.
In Korea, competition is fierce. And we lived in a capital city where all industries are gathered. After the end of the Korean War, Koreans could not eat well and could not live well. In Korea, however, the Saemaul Undong ,The New Village Movement, Movement has accelerated industrialization. So a rich man was born. On the contrary, there are many wealthy people who are not happy. In Korea, six out of ten people experience extreme stress and numbness.
I recently visited the land to build a house. There were many young people in their 30s and 40s. It was unusual to gather people from the countryside and build a house. It seems that the prejudice about apartment life has begun to break. I thought more people were pursuing a better life. And I was relieved.
I was talking at my neighbor 's house. Then I could see the children playing in the yards of my home. I could hear the smiling children in the attic room. In the apartment, the children could not play with the noise of the floor. But we were able to show the energy of our children in this place. They saw me for the first time. Still, the children greeted. It was the scenery that I could not see in Seoul.
Rising apartment prices without limit
The story of apartment prices in Korea can not be missed. The price of apartments in Korea is expensive.This is because the debt per capita is about $ 40,000. These statistics show that many people are in debt, making it hard to increase their debt.
Some people say that our prices are reasonable. This is because the size of Korea's economy has increased compared to the past. On this basis, it is said that the price of our apartment is not expensive compared with the world cities such as London, New York and Shanghai.
However, most of the assets of Koreans are property ownership. Balance collapsed. Bank loans I received when buying an apartment increased. This is about the owner of the apartment is a person or a bank.
Life without knowing abandonment
I have to give up what I learned in the past. For a new life. You do not have to buy a perfect life anymore. The goal of my life is not money. When thinking about unrealizable goals. Life is pessimistic. I decided to give up city life. It is a better choice for life.
I do not want to devote my life to the debt I get from living in the city anymore.
I thought what I should have in my life. I was worried about what I wanted to do and began to set the answer.

I wrote more than 12 things. In it, I also wrote my favorite fried potatoes. I made money to get it because of what I want, what I want to eat, etc. In the end I was busy working daily in the city. When you start to pay attention to material things other than value, money is always lacking. But if I see this material thing, I can not leave the city. It is convenient to live in this city. I enjoyed the convenience, but I felt frustration without knowing why. And I did not like city life that does not stop like crazy running sports car.
Convenient but gloomy city life
Friends of the city say. "I have a lot of time to cry." And "last night I was crying alone." When I was at night. I often wanted to cry alone because of the stress. This is the beginning of depression. It does not mean that you have abandoned your social life. In society, it is not visible. Nevertheless, they appeal to friends and acquaintances.
It is fun to enjoy the night culture of Korean city. Neon sign does not turn off until dawn, so there is a lot to play. You should be happy to play. But why are you so depressed?
It is not fun for children in urban areas to learn through various institutions. I am busy enough to go to the academy at night. Is this for learning?
Everyone is busy doing something, but does not look happy.
But there was no brave cry in Korea where everyone was busy. 'This is all wrong! We all have to change! 'No one can say that. Because everyone is busy, there is a culture of working, playing and studying instead of sleeping. Only people who do not live that way can look abnormally.
Eventually the high water prices of the city keep us busy. And the narrow areas of the city allow many people to compete. In order to compete, children, adult men and women live busy.
Slowly live in a place
There may not be a stable job. The hospital can also be far away. It may take a few hours to get to the city to see a good performance. But the people living there were different from those in the city. Children's expressions were different. The children spend time with their friends and play.

Others are worried about me doing new things. Houses with yards are not preferred because 90% of Koreans hope to live in apartments. It is more difficult and strange to sell an apartment and build a house because it is all about property.
