Nice! I started in my 20's right out of the Navy and have opened a few restaurants here in Bozeman, MT. (for others) Though after 25 years "the life of a chef" takes it's 'Toll' (so to speak) Now I only do wine dinners & Yellowstone Club clients on holiday.
