Hola Steemians! Dioss es tan complicado publicar y no perder el ritmo, pero de verdad que me encanta esta comunidad y quiero pertenecer a esto,
Hoy les voy a hablar un poco otra de mis pasiones, el entrenamiento de calistenia que he estado practicando ya por casi dos años, quiero compartir mi experiencia porque creo que todos lo deberían hacer.
Primero les explico un poco lo que es la calistenia, es un tipo de entrenamiento en el que el objetivo es trabajar todos los grupos musculares por igual, sin agregar ningún peso externo.

First I explain a little what is calisthenics, is a type of training in which the goal is to work all muscle groups equally, without adding any external weight.

No me mato de hambre, ni me muero entrenando, solo importa la constancia!
Tres días de rutina son suficientes, utilizando tu peso corporal a través de ejercicios por intervalos y circuitos.

I do not kill myself with hunger or training, it only matters constancy!
Three days of routine are enough, using your body weight through interval exercises and circuits.

Algo importante! no soy una experta y no me obsesiono con trucos complicados de Street workout, solo hago el entrenamiento multifuncional tres veces por semana para mantenerme en forma, no solo tu cuerpo cambia, si no que te brinda mucha elasticidad, tu metabolismo se acelera (esta es la mejor parte, porque me encanta comer!)

I'm not an expert and I do not obsess over complicated street-training tricks, I only do the multifunctional training three times a week to keep myself in shape, not only does your body change, but it gives you a lot of elasticity, Your metabolism accelerates. RUTINA 1: Los ejercicios básicos con los que puedes empezar... Repite este circuito 3 veces

  1. Chin Ups (10 rep.)
  2. Sentadillas (20 rep)
  3. Plank (1 min.)
  4. Push ups(10 rep)
  5. Desplantes (10 rep cada pierna)
  6. Crunches (20 rep)

Nota: Hay infinidad de videos donde se explica como realizar correctamente los ejercicios, es mejor hacerlos bien y hacer menos, poco a poco iras progresando!

ROUTINE 1: The basic exercises with which they start ... Repeat this circuit 3 times

Chin Ups (10 reps)
Squats (20 rep)
Plank (1 min.)
Push ups (10 reps)
Lunges (10 rep each leg)
Crunches (20 reps)
Note: There are plenty of videos explaining how to correctly perform the exercises, it is better to do them well and less, little by little you will progress!

Dejo por aquí un GIF mio haciendo Chin Ups, si te parece muy complicado, puedes utilizar una liga para impulsarte, o hacer ChinUp Hold (mantener arriba)
