RUNNER'S REWIND

I always get a sense of renewal when I run. My heart is beating, the rhythm of my stride is formed, I push myself in short distances and up small hills. I feel sweat and heat coming off my flesh. The blood is flowing. I'm alive and in some type of "zone." I feel prepared with this experience and these memories fresh in my mind.
