" You Reap What You Sow"
The law of the harvest says "you reap what you have sown". We have a typical example below;
The gentleman standing in the field has sown potatoes and they look healthy as we can see. By the time of harvest when he uproots the potato plants, nothing other than potatoes will come out the soil. Even if he is expecting to get cabbage,tomato,sorghum, or any other crop different from potato, he will definitely reap potatoes because he he has sown them. Again
The owner of the above field will reap nothing but maize from his field at the time of harvest.
This is exactly what happens in life. People do more for us when we make them feel important. Appreciation contributes a lot towards converting us into likeable people." One of the deepest drives of human nature is the desire to be appreciated".(William James)
Your customers will be loyal and buy more from you when you have customer care.
Employees will be more loyal and work harder for you and you will not have to push them like wheelburrows, when you speak politely with a smile with them, when you pat them on a shoulder when they have done well.
You eradicate or minimize malicious compliance. Your stakeholders and associates will leap through flames for you, when you make them feel more closer to you and important. The truth is, people want to deal and be associated with people they like.
so true...one cannot sow bitterness and expect to reap happiness, NEVER!!
