hard work will bring more opportunities in life but not necessary destined for success. Just destined to succeed when born to a rich family is not settled either as one may take for granted the fruits and labor of others.

Having both destiny and hard work will allow better chances of success however I personally believe that everyone can succeed if they set the bar high and always reach to go above it. This is very difficult to do but very doable for anyone.
