My mother just moved there with her husband to start a business. It is cut throat, to say the least. I like Denver a lot, but for the price-tag, I'd be looking into Austin. Hopefully many other states will start decriminalizing marijuana so that people stop flocking to Colorado.
yes. that would be nice. and yes it is CUT-THROAT. Now - it did not used to be.
