4 Steps of Processing New Information
What another amazing day!
Today I want to talk about the four stages of processing new information.
What are the for steps you may ask:
*Unconscious Incompetence
*Conscious Incompetence
*Conscious Competence
*Unconscious Competence
The first one, Unconscious Incompetence, refers to the phase you don’t know what you don't know.
The second, Conscious incompetence, is you know that you don’t know.
The Third, Conscious Competence is you know that you know and you have to consciously apply the information.
And the fourth is Unconscious Competence meaning it happens automatically.
You could use the example of lets say learning about the Law of Attraction. At first you didn't know at all that it existed. Then when you find out about it you're like whoa I had no idea that this existed. Then you say ok, I am aware of this now and you have to consciously focus on keeping your vibration high by focusing more on positive things (generally speaking). And finally, you have practiced keeping your vibration high enough that you reach that tipping point where looking for "the Gold" is automatic. You automatically find the positive aspects of any situation. It has become a habit!
Knowing this, I feel, helps you to not take things so seriously. Allow yourself to learn. Allow yourself to feel. Understand that this is a process and you can do it!
Believe in yourself, you're doing great!

Awesome , thankfully it is automatic after some practice, lots of love and light to you :-) x
Indeed! Love and Light to you too!
Thank you :-) x
Wow, interesting to read this. I have this theory on listening to music, do not judge a song until you listen to it three times. Then you will kind of know if you really like it or not. This may also just be weird ocd, but it felt sort of relative to your post as new music is a form of new information.
Thank you. I have found that to be true also. I sometime have to listen to a song a few times to really connect with it.
