The Past Present and Future
Our challenges have their negative side, they too have their positive side. The negative side often brings fear. The positive side brings gratitude and thankfulness.
Say, you look back and you don’t like what you see, that is the negative aspect. If you look at today and realise that the good that you have is a result of that very thing that you see as bad, you will be happy thankful and forgiving.
So our experiences can be looked at in either way. If you see the negative without seeing the positive you will feel down. Yet if you see the positive only and ignore the negative, you will not be able to understand the true role of our creative experiences.
It’s always good idea to put your attention on what is good whenever something challenging strikes. That is, what you are grateful and thankful for. When you do so, it will be easier to manage thoughts emotions and feelings that put a veil on your truehappy self.
