It is the NORTH KOREA that threatened AMERICA officially to attack it.Actually what happened was a thing that happened some decade ago when the korean peninsua was divided into north and south in 1947 August .To fight against the north , US army got coalition with UN to support south korea against north korean communist this was the root of hatred and the cause of war.Till then the propaganda teaching North koreans had helped enough for kim dynasty to stay in power untill now in 2k17.In the war,majority of population (about20%) were killed.
