Yes yes yes Yes!! Everyone is going to run into negative situations. There's no way around it, but having a positive outlook is a skill that more people need to focus on. Life is so wonderful when you have a positive outlook! I am guilty of being negative sometimes but I try to tell myself there is always a positive spin or that it could be worse.
