Hello @nathanmars if I agree with you it is preferable to have few followers but that they are true that they are pending of our publications they help us and advise, that many that do not contribute anything to us for our growth in steemit. Have even 1 good (real) friend is better than having a thousand fake friends which can never have your back when you need. I learnt it the hard way. I never put my hopes, trust on just anyone. I carefully select who i call my friend. But sir @narthanmars you are more than a friend to me. I call you my mentor from you have learnt so much that has a great and positive impact in my life. Sir actions speaks louder than words. I know i have been having a hard time doing that again even to write a post has not been easy. I was transfered to cocoa warehouse from the cashew warehouse and the work load here is killing.
With Steem you get rewarded for your contribution. That doesn’t mean you need to create contents. And you can find other way to contribute and get rewarded.
Put your life before steemit. And if you really want to create contents then you’ll find a way to do it.

Fake followers are like bad ass, they have no value whosoever, It is a sad reality that in every industry there will always be people who will try and game the system whether through their activities or actions. Some of them even start out thinking that what they are doing is okay, they are wise enough taking the share of what they didn't contribute, they are only here to screwed this up.
Fake followers are exactly what they sound like. They are fake accounts that have been set up with the intention of selling their ability to follow someone else’s account just to make more money for themselves.

Who would like 1000 fake I would say I don't even want one fake follower. Neither do you, you are right when you say this. You are working so hard and it is visible and so am I am few others and those people who are fake they are opportunist they just want to steal from steemit they never want to give anything back. And this hurts the most.
Well I believe I am one real follower and a real follower is actually worth 1000 fake ones.
I wish you good luck with true heart and I do want to see steem go $100 one day and I contribute in that too.

I've been visiting some retirement homes lately and having conversations with really old people and most of them have huge regrets about living fake life to show off others.
Ohh that is really sad. You are right at the end we all look into ourself and I would say the worst feeling in life would be regret,because it degrades you in your own eyes.

I do visit every single one of my followers blog deeply and they mean the world to me.
My advice for you is don't use post promoting bots anymore. Instead upvote your post comments from your followers and reward them.
