International Womens Day
Apparently its International Women's Day today, started by the Suffragettes in the early 1900's. (Curiously, this and the attached vid come to me via a men's group.)
What is uniquely interesting to me in the voice of this courageous wise woman, is that her wisdom transcends gender. Her's is the voice of egalitarian humanism where gender would not even be a question.
Until we evolve to that ideal however - here is a spokeswoman to honour (link hopefully starting at 1:03, post coaching dude's intro - choice cuts)
