Great topic, thx for the Post! I think we have to keep in mind that change is the only constant in life. The world is changing, the people around us are changing, we are changing ourselves. So our identity changes as well. We try to hold on to the status quo and keep up old walls, but that is not healthy and will fail in the long run..
Oh yes! Such a good point. We are always constantly changing and cause ourselves problems when we get attached to maintaining past versions. Great comment, thank you
