That's the truth! You can have the best leadership in the world but if the leadership cannot sell its ideas to anyone, nothing will happen.
I like the way the complimentary colors of the bright leaves play against the blue sky with the silhouette of the tree trunk in the first image while the second photo reminds me of an almost barren birch tree in late Fall (my favorite of the 3!) and last image has a noir feel to it. I commend your edits, as one wouldn't think it's the same tree in all three photos! @bleujay
