I say shameless, because loving yourself is so often portrayed as self-aggrandisement, confidence mistaken for arrogance.

How often do we turn down compliments because we think we're not deserving of them?

Frankly, that's bullshit!

There's nothing to be ashamed of. We're all exactly who we're supposed to be.

And we ALL have those days where we'd rather be someone else.

It's called being human.

YOU are the only one who has to deal with yourself 24/7, every second of every year of every decade, so you might as well love yourself with all your heart!

Just a reminder for those of you who tend to forget sometimes.
